Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

Why Psychedelics?

Psychedelic medicines offer a potent means through which individuals can access transformational information and transcendent experiences that provide enduring changes in life. For many, these compounds unlock the doorway into the depths of human experience, shining a light on the root sources of present day struggles or difficulties.

Who Is This For?

If you are someone who does not feel like the current medical model is effective for you, psychedelics may be worthwhile to consider. These medicines can be especially effective for those who feel stuck and are in search of a breakthrough. Research indicates that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can have long-term benefits for those struggling with generalized anxiety and depression.

What I Offer

No matter where you are in your healing journey, I’m here to help.

Psychedelic Coaching

For those who have arranged their own psychedelic experiences, I offer targeted support with preparation and integration of your journey to maximize the likelihood of accessing enduring, transformative change.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

For those who are interested in experiencing ketamine as a medicinal tool to disrupt patterns and encourage change, I have partnered with prescribing physicians to create an optimal therapeutic experience.

How Ketamine-Assisted
Therapy (KAP) Works

From beginning to the end, I’m here to support people who are looking to get the most out of their experience.

Exploratory call with me to learn more about the current circumstances, evaluate compatibility and discuss options that might be best-suited to your unique needs.

Consultation with a prescribing medical provider to determine your eligibility for the treatment, which also includes optimal dose and length of treatment. Following  the evaluation, medicine will be distributed based on the prescriber’s preferences.

Two preparatory sessions to review medicine information, clarify your goals and intentions, and to identify a chaperone who can be with you during the medicine session.

After planning and preparing, you have the opportunity to experience the medicine and tap into a deeper part of the mind. This step will be a personalized decision on how many experiences are the best fit for the goals and presenting conditions.

Within 48 hours, an integration session will be used to reflect on your experience, identify breakthroughs, and support creating a lasting change for a path forward.

  • Ketamine is legally used as an anesthetic and pain reliever in medical settings. It has a history dating back to the 1960s when it was first developed. In recent years, it has gained attention for treating conditions like depression and PTSD with many research studies suggesting it may be effective in conjunction with psychotherapy due to its dissociative and psychedelic effects.

Please note that racemic (generic) ketamine is not FDA-approved for a mental health application at this time.

  • There is a range, depending on the dose and form the medicine comes in. The prescriber I collaborate with uses rapid dissolving tablets. Two initial doses are included with the evaluation, which cost around $350.
